"We had a great stay at Terry’s place. Terry generously provided soft drinks, oatmeal for breakfast, and coffee pods, which was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated.The flat is a ground-floor unit located behind the main house at the address provided by the host. The space was clean, quiet, and very spacious, making it a comfortable place to stay. We also found street parking right near the unit to be very convenient.Thank you again to Terry for hosting us—we would gladly stay here again."

"Very good property , new, clean , friendly staff , ideal location for BART and restaurants. However ask for proper extra bed if housing more than 2 people. Extra sofa bed was uncomfortable. "

"Very clean, very well maintained and tastefully decorated private apartment. Bathroom fixtures are all new and great quality, toiletries are high quality as well. Good location close to North Berkeley shops/restaurants as well as Tilden Park trails. Easy driveway parking, especially for the Berkeley hills! Quiet and peaceful. "

"As a mother daughter needing a one night stay, my main concern was safety & cleanliness, this hotel met both. It is difficult to find a moderate priced hotel & the Signature was a good choice. No frills, a little noisey since we were on the street side, beds were very firm, however; I would stay here again. Lots of food choices nearby as well as a 7-11 couple of doors down. Desk clerk friendly & helpful."
