"As toalhas de banho desfiadas e muito finas, ficavam encharcadas no primeiro uso. Funcionária Angela muito atenciosa mas a senhora Laura muito indelicada . Na hora do café que era de 8 até 10h reclamou porque já eram 10 h e eu e meu esposo que tem demência ainda estávamos nos servindo. Tive que acelerar o café porque ela disse que já estava na hora de recolher os alimentos do refeitório.
