"As toalhas de banho desfiadas e muito finas, ficavam encharcadas no primeiro uso. Funcionária Angela muito atenciosa mas a senhora Laura muito indelicada . Na hora do café que era de 8 até 10h reclamou porque já eram 10 h e eu e meu esposo que tem demência ainda estávamos nos servindo. Tive que acelerar o café porque ela disse que já estava na hora de recolher os alimentos do refeitório. "Basic rooms, but very clean and tide. Very efficient check-in and friendly and helpful straff. Standard breskfast with very good coffee, so good start of the day. Though sentral, still very quiet at nighttime. Beds were very firm/hard. "

The towels are extremely old, like the sheets that barely cover the mattresses, not to mention that if you don't know Rio de Janeiro, this property is very far from the city's tourist attractions, it’s located on the part of the mountains and when it rains it is extremely dangerous.
