"We had a great stay. The food is a bit expensive at the hotel, the wi-fi did not work the whole time we were there but the views, access to the lake, thermal waters, islands, use of kayaks, paddleboards etc. was excellent. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was included and was good, the rest of the food was ok, a bit overpriced. We went to Asaditos - best food ever overlooking the lake for a decent price about 20minutes from the place back up the hill/road toward San Salvador. Lake is amazing - would definitley come back."

"Great hotel before or after your hike. The restaurant was convenient and had an amazing view of the volcano. We slept well in the bed and the staff was super helpful and gave us a name for a private tour guide to do the Santa Ana hike the next morning. Highly recommend! Breakfast is included which was also delicious."

"I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about this place! From the moment my boyfriend and I arrived, we were absolutely speechless. The location was breathtaking, the room was perfect, and the views were even more beautiful in person! Waking up to the gorgeous mountain views every morning was such an incredible experience, and the bed was SO comfortable! The sweet lady who works there also made us the most amazing breakfast, which made our stay even more special! We did have a little trouble finding the location because of the heavy rain, but the owner was incredibly sweet, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She even surprised us with a bottle of wine, which was such a thoughtful gesture! The entire property was so peaceful, beautiful, and relaxing. My only regret is not staying longer because I truly did not want to leave! If you’re visiting El Salvador with your significant other, I HIGHLY recommend booking the suite. It’s the perfect romantic getaway to relax, unwind, and enjoy the beautiful scenery. I would absolutely stay here again! ❤️"
