"Carol, the manager, is phenomenal. She turned an ordinary hotel stay into a welcoming, wonderful experience. Otherwise, it's a fine hotel and well-situated between Rehoboth and Lewes. "
"Super clean, spacious room, comfortable and freshly renovated. Staff were terrific. The outdoor pool was clean and great for the kids. Breakfast was very good.
Use the stairs when you can, the hotel needs a second elevator.

In traffic, the hotel is close to 30 min from the Rehobeth boardwalk.
The Acme is a short walk from the hotel and has a Starbucks.
The hotel is set back from the strip and is quiet, but it is on a major road."

"The place was very convenient to everything and had everything we were looking for. The screened-in porch was such a cozy bonus! Everything was very clean, and we’d love to come back. The only recommendation I’d make is to have sturdier bed frames and more comfortable mattresses. I reached out to the host the first night when the headboards felt wobbly, and they responded immediately, letting me know to contact them if anything got worse and they’d send someone out. Luckily, it wasn’t needed, but since the beds were on wheels and the headboards weren’t actually attached, they shifted a bit. Not a big issue at all—just my only suggestion for improvement."
