"Clean, convenient. 6mins from nearest subway station. Lawson around the corner. Tsukiji market is right at your front door. I stayed in room with kitchenette and washer/dryer - that was a bonus. My only comment… the smoking room right next to the only elevator was not my favorite. "

"The lobby was on the 16th floor so you couldn't access the street directly from your room's floor - annoying. The restaurant was often filled / booked up (private party / closed) and unable to accommodate a walk-in for hotel guests and the hotel doesn't do room service. There's a bar but they serve salami and cheese --__-- overall the only thing this place offers is proximity to Ginza shopping and the fish market (walking distance). Otherwise, disappointing. "
