"Great hotel, not too far from a couple of subway lines and close to Ginza. Fantastic fish market just outside along Namiyoke dori. The room we chose was spacious and very clean, good for a family of four with our 2yo sleeping in a crib. Public bath access included in our stay, recommended experience to relax an wash away the tiredness of a long day of walking. Great breakfast with a mix of Japanese and international food."

"Hotel location is good. Close 10-15 minutes walk to most places in Ginza. There is no Bellman or proper lobby. Breakfast doesn’t change daily but does the job for our family. Rooms are small but most are in Japan. Wifi is really weak and disconnected a few times while we were working. "

"We were traveling as a family. Our experience was not good. Hotel location is great, walking distance to Ginza, subway, restaurants etc. Stuff is good. However, hotel is older than it looks on the photos. There was a smell coming from toilet to our room heavily from the first moment we checked in. Room furniture and bathroom amenities were dusty. Hotel is crowded : breakfast with queue, poor wifi in the room. Also noisy during the night as you hear cars from the streets. Last day, There was a fire alarm early morning and the announcement was only Japanese, all the tourists went to corridor with panic to understand if it is real or not. Minutes later, guests called and walked downstairs to the reception,then they did an English announcement which was really frustrating and frightening experience especially waking up with an alarm. We wont stay there again unfortunately "

"Kitchen was well equipped with cupboards, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, sink, kettle, and small stove. There were plates, utensils, and pans. Laundry was a huge benefit for a family of four. Huge washer/ dryer combo. Easy to operate due to added English labels on all the controls. Laundry detergent packets available at the front reception. "
