"This hotel had a luxurious feel to it at a quite reasonable price. The buffet breakfast is excellent. Fuji can be seen from the west facing rooms. THe view of the harbor to the east is also good. The hotel restaurant has a very fine, Italian-inspired tasting menu that would cost you a lot more in the US."

"The property was considerably better than I expected! It was a last minute booking on Expedia and I got a fantastic rate for a weekend stay. While I noted the excellent reviews, the property was visually impressive upon arrival. The check in line appeared to be long, more than 30 people ahead of us, but moved extremely quickly. We were checked in within 15 minutes of arrival. The property offered numerous options for restaurants and had 2 Family Marts. The public bath was fantastic. It was very clean and there was a variety of amenities in our room that was refreshed on the second night. Really couldn’t find anything to complain about. The staff were quick and responsive. The surrounding neighborhood was cool to explore. Highly recommend and would definitely return."

"Great location — near many shops and restaurants, and just 10 min walk to the beach. We reserved the Japanese style double that was beautiful. Small, but wonderful. The staff was very kind and helpful. I was a big fan of the Japanese breakfast. I really appreciated all the different beverages offered during breakfast too. I’d definitely stay here again."

"Room was clean from the beginning, staff was very helpful despite language barrier, breakfast is 1600 yen. Note on AC, its off when you arrive, you can turn it on once you walk into your room."

"Wonderful and clean place to stay. Good location. We did not receive the email with the access code 24 hrs. before check in. This was very disturbing as are whole flight over we were in anxiety. I finally had to find the phone number and call to get the email sent."
