"On one of the day my room was not cleaned,i asked the guy and he said i did not inform him,i told him it should be the other way around,if i inform him not to clean then there is no need to clean otherwise he should clean.Maybe the management should put the label slider or a hanger on the door to indicate if cleaning of the room is required. "Excellent resort hotel, the staff are so friendly, rooms well appointed but room wall paint and furniture outside by the pool and sea front can do with upgrading as some are showing signs of wear and tear. Would be good to have the concierge desk more visible with tours that can be taken. The front staff gave me the contact details for the third party but would be nice for other tourists to show what tours can be taken. Food in the restaurant was excellent overall, though would be nice to have a few items for daily specials. Pool bar is excellent as are the staff. Overall just ensure all food and drinks are stock d as some were not available on the day. Thanks as always. My favorite hotel."
