"We arrived late so had to wait for the on call staff. While waiting we were approached by several “guests” that were intoxicated. While checking in two other impaired guests entered. We had also observed a group of men along the buildings exterior that were partying. When we arrived in the room it wreaked of pot. We returned downstairs and asked to cancel our reservation. We felt very uncomfortable"

"The room is neat and comfy!! We had a perfect night rest from the tiring long day travel. The pool is little bit cold but can’t say anything about the cleanliness and helpful staff. The corridor smells so good, the room designs was family-friendly. Will definitely come back again..10/10"

"The hotel and accommodation were exactly as expected and matched the description provided. The amenities were satisfactory, although the gym could have been better equipped and offered more space. The breakfast met expectations, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed at two different locations of this hotel chain in Chicago, and both maintained a consistent standard of quality and service. Overall, it was a pleasant experience."

"First the room was clean, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Andrew was particularly welcoming and sincere. Some things I haven’t seen in other reviews: first, if you are in the back of the building, you will hear the train all day and night, second the building itself is older, and in need of repair in places: the A/C unit is very loud, and so is the mini fridge, and third the hotel is not in the best location. There’s a lot of construction, and while I felt safe, it’s really just a location to sleep."

"Me and my partner got a room here from June 13th to the 22nd. Checking in was smooth sailing, I got to the hotel at 2:30 and I was able to check in right then. The staff was amazing, anytime I had a question it was answered. Breakfast was different with having something new everyday since it’s a rotating breakfast. To add I did laundry there and for washing and drying it was $4 in total!!!, Amazing!!! I highly recommend Hyatt House!! 10/10’n"

"It was very quiet. The aesthetics are very nice. Room was comfortable and clean. Cool in-room amenitiese such as a t.v. in the mirror which was cool to utilize while bathing. There is a good amount of parking available with easy access to the highway. Its 7 minutes from the Chicago Premium Outlets, 12 minutes from The Fox Valley Mall and nearby several eateries. The staff was welcoming and accomodating. The only thing I didn't like was the cafe food (past the bar and breakfast resturant). The coffee was good (White Chocolate Latte was really good). I will be staying here again whenever I am home."
