"We were shocked by the extremely small room upon check in. I was pleased the Shinjuku Prince staff worked hard to accommodate us and offer a fair, but pricey upgrade option to a bigger room. Once in this room, we had some issues with noise, but the floor staff were responsive and helped address this problem. All things considered, our stay was enjoyable and if you want to be close to activity- the Shinjuku Prince offers an unbeatable location in this key Tokyo ward."

"The lounge amenities were excellent. The food and beverage offerings were abundant and of high quality. We were underwhelmed by our accommodations. We booked a Familia Suite B at considerable expense to discover that it was not a true suite at all; it was just one larger room with a kitchen area. It was disappointing. The second thing we disliked was the misleading so called free drink coupons they provided for their Sky Lounge. When we went to use them it turned out there was a 1000 yen...

"Beautiful hotel. We only stayed for one night, but it was a great experience. I booked the room with the Tokyo Tower view, and it was breathtaking at night. The room was clean and all the guest supplies—like the pajamas and toiletries—were very well organized. It's about an 8–10 minute walk to the nearest restaurants and FamilyMarts, and few min walk to the nearest train station. I would definitely stay here again if given the chance!""
