"Nice location in the middle of town, walkable to lots of places. Would have liked a restaurant or bar on property but there’s enough right close so it worked out fine."
"We came here on our anniversary and could not have picked a better place. The boutique-yet-full-service hotel is elegant and beautiful, with great taste everywhere and amazing ocean views. The heated (perfect temperature) pool and jacuzzi were a perfect spot to take a break at any time in the day, with relaxing and happy lounge music. Most importantly, the staff is highly well trained, educated, and devoted to service with a smile without the attitude sometimes found in premium hotels sometimes. Mattia (spelling?), Duna, Julian were amazing. Coffee in the room a great plus! Short walk from the ferry (3 minutes!) and in the center of the action makes this hard to beat. I would only add more obvious breakfast choices (most guests just go out to great options short walks away) to make this even more perfect. We will certainly be back."
"Location was wonderful. Nice quiet neighborhood, well kept, minutes to the beach and a short ride into Edgartown. Bikes available for use. Plenty of parking on the driveway. Property was very clean which is my number 1. Stayed with my family of 5 and our pup and it was very comfortable. Please note that the master bedroom on the top floor is a flight up from the kitchen and not closed off to talking and sound from the living space. This was not a problem for us at all and the master bedroom was a nice big space. Had to work a few days and wifi was very strong! In response to the review that said it was dated, some of the decor is an older style but nothing is run down or older condition. The kitchen has plenty of room and cooking tools should you like to cook or grill. There is a nice deck to sit out and have your morning coffee or afternoon sun. Host Darlene was a pleasure. Very responsive and provided a list of detailed instructions that were very easy to follow. You can tell she takes pride in her home and wants guests to enjoy it as well. It’s a special place and we would happily stay here again!"

10/10 Excellent
"Our stay was wonderful and the location was excellent. Easy access to many beaches and close to town. The home had everything we needed from the well appointed kitchen to the beach chairs and beach toys for children."
"This is an amazing place to stay! In virtually pristine condition, beautifully decorated, supplied with everything we needed. The kitchen is huge and every drawer and cabinet is labeled with its contents. The yard is gorgeous, there’s plenty of parking and the deck was a great place for a cookout. Highly recommended."
