"Location was great if you’re needing to be close to SEATAC. Security was very visible which made me feel pretty safe. The front door was locked when I got there around 1am. Security guard offered to let me it, as soon as the front desk person noticed me. I don’t wait long at all. The check in process would’ve probably been a little smoother but as I walked in their system decided to reboot. No fault of the staff. I waited for the system to reload, I was given my key cards.
