Walk out the door and you are at a state park looking beach campground. "Great place to stay with kids… the ball pit makes the whole trip worth it. Property is on the beach and really comfortable. The property itself is somewhat maintained. I think in comparison to other hotels in Kenting it is probably one of the nicer properties. Our rooms are nice and clean. However, the toilet doesn’t really flush well and the shower is partially plugged so it floods a little bit. The breakfast included is decent. Nothing special. A lot of options but mostly Chinese style. Overall I would give it 4 stars. It is clean and very convenient but I wouldn’t call it a true “luxury hotel”."

"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel - it’s truly impressive. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and offered plenty of storage, while the bathroom was bright with a powerful shower. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh, healthy options. My only issue was that the pool closed for 1.5 hours around midday for cleaning. While it’s understandable for the pool itself to be unavailable, the surrounding outdoor area was also closed, meaning we had to leave the sunbeds, which felt unnecessary and a bit abrupt (other guests nearby agreed with us also). That said, I would still highly recommend this hotel. It’s beautifully designed, in a great location, and overall a wonderful place to stay. If they improved how the pool cleaning is managed based on customer feedback, it would be perfect."

"Room was disgusting. You could smell the black mold in the air as soon as you step in the room. Bathroom was covered in it and you can see in the pictures all theyve done for the mold was caulk over it. Cockroaches the size of my thumb, luckily i did not see any of them until my last morning before I was about to check out. Would not recommend, just spend the little bit extra money to find a cleaner place that is healthy to breathe the air in. Major health risk in this place."
