"Entire floor and room smelled like humidity, room had a funny old cigarette smell too even though it was non smoking. Room phone line didn’t work either, we couldn’t get a hold of front desk, the shower head was loose, needed to be tightened so we did it, I found some dust in the lamps too. The dinner food on the restaurant was really bad. Other than that was fine for a night, shuttle was great and we were close to some restaurants."

"Overal it was a great experience! Clean place & staff were friendly. The parking situation was a bit strange, as their lot was full & had to park my car a bit away - not on the road but on the grass around the building, but overal was a good place! Would stay here again "

"Tow trap, no clear instruction on where to park even with clarity from staff. Rooms are outdated in inside parking lot makes the property look like a dump. Beware"

"The breakfast, room, staff and lobby are all excellent. However, its awkward street location makes it difficult to get in and out if you use a rental car. If you use this hotel to visit Miami for a few days, beware of this shortcoming. The parking fee of $25 per day is a consideration as well."

"This hotel lobby area, pool and restaurant are outstanding. Our room was a little tired. Rug was stained, moldings needing painted. But it was a beautiful place! "
