"The Resort was great and the staff was fantastic. the room has everything you need. This was our fourth time to this resort and Tim one of the managers remembered us and greeted us by name at the door. They really make you feel like family. "

"Fabulous stay! Quaint cottages in garden setting right in old town. Very convenient to Duval St. Wonderful staff, nice breakfast. Rental bicycles available on site for $20 a day. Clean room, mattress was a little hard for my preference but that was the only tiny negative. Would go back!"

"If you gave me a stay for free, I wouldn't take it. Room 107 issues, toilet was rotted off its flange and sewer gas was noticed, carpets were loaded with debris, shower walls had hair from previous guests on the tiles (all 3 walls), trip hazards throughout the deck area. Overall POOR conditions exisit.. Already located another place for up coming visits. "

"The hotel is sparse in amenities and luxury. The rooms are adequate. The bathrooms are tiny. The best part is location, so if you do not mind roughing it rooms you may enjoy your stay. Small pool is clean, small refrigerator in room, now bell service and nowhere to store luggage as you wait for your room."

"There was a resort fee in excess what was paid to Expedia. Front desk staff was inexperienced and even during checkout walked off to her other job. The one elevator is worn out and scary. The location and valet parking was the only saving grace at this price point."
