"Booked a twin queen bed suite for this stay and was told it was a garden view only to discover it was a view of the parking lot. Then there was a significant water leak which flooded our room while we were out for a walk and soaked our suitcases. The repair man came while we were having dinner, however, when we returned the leak was starting to pool water in our room again. The hotel offered to switch us to a standard room and a $200 refund which I felt was rich when we had booked a suite. We weren’t interested, so thankfully Expedia issued a full refund and we drove back to Miami late that evening. "

" I checked in for a week and had to unload luggage in a paid parking lane; the hotel’s parking is a block away. Our first room was unbearably loud at night—bar noise from Southard (drunken singing and screaming) sounded like it was inside the room. I asked to move and was told nothing was available, so I spent several nights with little sleep and constant headaches. We were finally moved on Thursday, but downgraded from an executive king to a double. The new room was quieter, but the curtains didn’t fully close and bright pool lights flooded the room. I had to use a towel just to block the light. The next morning, I found a dead German cockroach nymph in the bathroom. I requested a proper curtain panel around 8am and was told they’d “look into it.” By 2pm, they said none were available. I then asked for an extra towel and was told housekeeping had already locked up. Front desk staff (with one exception) were dismissive and passive-aggressive, often seeming annoyed by basic requests. Housekeeping was inconsistent—one day only one of two beds was made. There’s also no front desk staff after 6pm. For the price, this level of service and condition is unacceptable. Stay elsewhere."

"This place exceeded my expectations,accommodation was great, easy short walk to old town and all the sightseeing areas. The apartment is inside a very safe building with 3 security doors.Mini markets in each block to find groceries. Tons of restaurants everywhere and all kinds. There is a full kitchen which is a plus for my family. There’s a washer but no dryer, although our clothes only took overnight to dry out completely. Every detail was thought out with perfection. Thank you Praga host !!! I will consider this Beautiful Gem 1000% if I ever return to this Magical City… that looks like taken out of Magical Story Book♥️"

"The hotel was in amazing shape, the staff was super friendly and super helpful. The concierge knew all of the good attractions to visit and had the ability to issue tickets while you spoke with her. The pool was very comfortable and the bartenders were super friendly and always walking around the deck to ensure your drinks were full!!!"
