"Clean room with everything I needed. Furniture in the room could do with an upgrade, some of it looked quite tired and old although this didn’t affect the stay. Nice to be able to book and have exclusive use of the pool"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Lugger. My Dad is terminally ill and frail. He spent many summers as a boy in Portloe and one of his final wishes was to return for a holiday. Four of us from 3 generations went to stay. From the moment i spoke to the team there about the booking to the moment we left they couldn’t have been more accommodating or understanding. Every member of staff went the extra mile to help him. It was a fantastic weekend to relax and enjoy the hotel and the area with several great meals, good wine and fantastic breakfasts. It all made my dad so happy and created great memories for us all. I highly recommend and just want to say thank you. "
