Hotel ticks all the boxes for us - free car park, free wifi with decent speed, clean, free simple breakfast with good variety, friendly and helpful staff. "A wonderful place with a lovely garden, friendly hosts, rooms very clean and comfortable, and on top of that a delicious breakfast buffet. The genuine Italian pizza house next door serves sublime food and wine, but make sure to book ahead as it is very busy. "
"Quirky hotel. Rooms very comfortably and homely. Right next to arena which is very handy if you are going to the concert, but can be a little annoying if you are not. There was a dance party on a Saturday night and the deep bass thump thump was coming through the room… I would guess this didnt happen often and no fault of the hotel"

"We liked the hotel for it's cost, location to shopping and restaurants, and the train station that allowed us to explore Hamburg. The staff was friendly and helpful and we were thankful to secure a late checkout(cost) since we were boarding our cruise in the late afternoon on a Sunday. We stayed for 2 nights. The room had a mini refrigerator and a work area. The room was very spacious and clean. "

"During our visit to Hamburg we wanted to stay close to friends, we needed a place to sleep and store our things in this neighborhood. The Apartment was clean and quite cozy, there were some thoughtful details like CDs to play on the CD Player and some games for kiddos."
