Spend your vacation in this villa like Polynesian style vacation rental located at the beautiful Palms at Wailea Resort on the Maui's prestigious southern coast. The central air conditioned 1,515 Sq Ft spacious two bedroom, two and a half bath unit is the dream Hawaii vacation rental home for your family.

Enjoy the Maui sunsets and peek ocean views during your dinner on the large upper lanai or read your book with the tropical breezes at this Maui condo. Vaulted ceilings and rich tropical décor complement the atmosphere surrounding you on The Palms at Wailea grounds and beautiful Wailea Maui Resort area. Your family of six will have room to spread out and relax. This Maui condo has plenty of space for the boogie boards, beach chairs, and snorkeling gear in the large laundry and utility room just off the entrance hall to make your Maui vacation free of clutter in the living areas.

Walk out through the lush gardens by the tranquil waterfall to take a break from the beach and enjoy the whale shaped pool surrounded by palms and spectacular views of the ocean, Molokini, and Kahoolawe Island. This Hawaii vacation rental is truly unique. The home is furnished for the owners use and affords our guests amenities too numerous to mention. BBQ on the grill or enjoy preparing a dinner in a fully equipped kitchen with all recently upgraded appliances. This home is surrounded by a beautifully kept lawn and trees. Clean unit, fully equiped kitchen, several beach towels, chairs, etc. Great location between Kihea and Wailua. Road noise, but thats not the owners/units issue to fix.

We very much enjoyed our time here. There were minor issues which the property manager resolved efficiently. The unit is as pictured and is well stocked but in all respects is showing its age. A/C and W/D work well. It could use a recirculating pump for hot water and a new, quiet, ceiling fan in the living room.

Birthday vacation

Beautiful property, clean, spacious, well decorated. There were lots of things for a day at the beach or pool. Kitchen had a lot of gadgets as well as china and silverware. The daily morning on the lanai was relaxing with a beautiful view.

Very Spacious Tri-Level

A tri-level condo that has large main floor entryway with laundry room (detergent provided), bedrooms (with ensuites) next to each other on bottom level, and kitchen/LR/dining area/powder room on upper level. Bathrooms have moisture sensor alarms and shampoo, body wash, and blow dryer provided. Very spacious place with kitchen fully stocked for cooking and entertaining including instant pot, wine glasses, etc. as well as plastic storage containers, ziploc bags, etc. BBQ grills really close by. Lots of games and books. Beach towels, beach chairs, snorkeling equipment provided. 5-10 minute walk (depending on path taken) / 2-minute drive (limited parking) to wonderful Keawakapu 2 Beach. Excellent communication with owner and property management company.

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay here, the layout of this property is excellent, especially with the bedroom located on the lower level, and the location was very good. The kitchen had everything we needed and the lanai is big and shaded with wonderful views. Bedroom was very comfortable (excellent king bed) and the room set up was ideal. I would give 10/10 but the road noise is excessive and if you aren’t okay with the noise it will bother you a lot.

Nice condo in Wailea

Enjoyed the location. Short walk to the Wailea walking path that goes for miles and a long sandy swimming beach. We adjusted to the traffic noise during the day and really liked the unit. The kitchen is very well supplied and there is a lot of beach gear. We also liked the generous supplies of dishwashing and laundry soap for a 6 day stay. Close to many wonderful island adventures.

Great Family Stay

Loved the home; we are a family of 6, and our only hoope would be that next time there are enough dishes and cutlery so we didnt have to wash as much. With 4 hungry kids after the beach it was a challenge. Additional soap, TP and detergent was also something we needed to purchasee over and above. A little noisy as we didn't realize the unit was so close to the road. Overall an amazing family getaway.

This is a big 2 bedroom condo. Great kitchen, big rooms, awesome lania's, and every amenity you need! Great location minus the traffic noise in the morning. Owner was great to work with; communication excellent.

Great stay in Wailea

We enjoyed the condo immensely, made for a great week+ in Maui. Good location, beach is a close walk, Kihei is super close and so is the Wailea shopping area. Plenty of parking. Great beds. Good beach supplies, nice social space and bedrooms are downstairs so makes for more privacy for a large group. A couple small tweaks (better sectional furniture, a cooler for the beach, better cookware, Kleenex, shampoo & conditioner in the showers, fix one of the stiff sliding doors) would easily make the place 5 stars, but regardless it’s a good property with plenty of room and nice comfortable amenities. The street noise was actually quite distracting when we first arrived; a few days in it didn’t bother us much anymore.

Hawaii 5-0 best friends birthday getaway

It was perfect place to stay in Hawaii for 4 best friends all celebrating their 50th birthdays. The villa was fully equipped with everything we needed for snorkeling adventures, hanging out at the beach, drinking morning coffee on the lanoi and enjoying sunsets at the villa pool/spa area.

Great location

Over all the house was in the perfect spot to walk to the beach and shopping. It was very spacious and the road noise wasn’t bad at all. The house is very dated and in definite need of updating and repairs. The couch is still broken as was mentioned from a prior review from well over a year ago and has yet to be replaced, you literally fall through to the broken frame. So there is no sitting on it, especially not usable for sleeping on the pull out bed. The lights in the master bath are burnt out. The second bedroom has a significant musty smell. Make sure and watch your step once entering the laundry room as it’s definitely a tripping hazard. The snorkel gear were all broken and not usable. The chairs for the beach were packed of sand and the pockets were full of empty cans and wrappers.

A perfect stay for our family

This was a beautiful and clean property that was great for our family of 6. The owners were always quick to respond and were incredibly helpful. We had never been to Hawaii before and the owners truly made our stay and trip the best it could be. The view was great and the property is very close to many great things. I could not recommend this property enough. Should we be able to make it back to Maui again we will definitely stay here again.

Everything met or exceeded expectations. The beach is walkable and the view from the balcony is lovely. The only teeny tiny issue is that finding it was confusing because the condo building it’s in is accessible via a different street than the one for the main address for the other units. Mahalo.

Wonderful stay

My two teens and I stayed for a wonderful time in February. The place was perfect for us, clean, with everything we needed. I gave 4 stars for location only because the road noise could be a factor for some people. The beach access within walking distance is a great beach for swimming, and we surfed at the Kihei Cove every day, just 5 miles down the road.The road noise did not affect our sleep. We would love to stay here again next trip.
