"We arrived at 3pm which was check in time. Was told there is no rooms and then just looked at. We asked was they still being cleaned or are they doubled booked. She said I guess being cleaned and walked away. When she returned 2 other groups arrived to check in. She said housekeeping is finishing up please wait and started talking to the people who came in after us. Telling them they have no rooms. After 15 min of waiting another couple arrives and checks in and is given room keys and sent on their way. I asked why did they get a room. When you have 3 couples waiting for there reservation? She said i have your room Ready. The lobby smelt like wet dog and over perfume room spray. We could bare hear the lady at the desk talking. And when she spoke up you could understand her. When we find the elevator (with no help from her )we get on and start going to the 3rd floor and it sounds like the elevator is breaking and gonna fall at anytime. We get off and are heading to are room when can smell the perfume room spray very strong and both of us start coughing. We get in our room and can here the TV from the rooms on both sides of us and some loud music. We didnt get much sleep do to loud music and people talking in the hall way. When we went to leave we noticed the coffee bar and stop to get some and both burned ourselves from the hot cups."
