  • Cute 2 BR, 1 BA bungalow on the West Side in Avalon Beach section of Kill Devil Hills.
    This property is so comfortable you and family will love it.
    Easy walk to the sound side for miles of back path and gather with neighbors and friends at the community boat ramp for breathtaking sunsets.
    The property comes with a parking pass for an oceanfront parking lot right next to the Avalon Fishing Pier.
