"cool hotel, friendly staff"

"Beautifully decorated, excellent helpful staff, well located near tram and metro but a short walk away from Grande Place and the centre. Only downside - the radiators in the room cannot be controlled so it was unbearably hot the whole time. The AC can be controlled but it barely makes a dent in the power of the radiator. The hotel is obsessed with eco friendliness, but I hate to think how much energy I wasted having the window open, the AC on the strongest coldest setting, and the radiator...

"Great hotel, clean and nice rooms, great view"

"Very nice and beautiful hotel, all the employees were helpful . Highly recommended"

"Very convenient location, right on the Grand Place. Very nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast included. Did not have room with view, but it was nice size, nothing fancy. Would suggest a few more shelves and hooks in bathroom. Definitely recommend!"
