"The pillows were way too flat and not enough for a king size bed for two people. The windows are very thin so you hear everything outside. There was not enough hot water to take one shower. The water was luke warm and cold. The hotel was very clean though. The ice machine has been broken for a while because it was covered in dust. It was fine for a one night stay and for what we paid for, but there are some sketchy people in the area so we kept checking our vehicle throughout the night."

"It wasn't all bad, but when I arrived there were people outside the room in the hallways eating and throwing their leftovers on the floor. Also, when I got to the room, the door was open; it was a big scare."

"The indoor pool was great. My 12 year old granddaughter spent hours playing in the pool. I really appreciated the airport shuttle and I had a fantastic driver! Room was clean and beds were comfortable. I would highly recommend the Sonesta Charlotte Lower South End to anyone in need of a place to stay in Charlotte. Price was fantastic as well!"
