"This was such a beautiful hotel. We have gone to Johnson City a few times as our son will start school there in the fall. We have stayed at other franchise branded hotels, such as Hilton and Marriott and this one far surpassed it. A place this grand would be awesome for a reception and a special event. There’s a cute boutique downstairs by the spa that has dresses that are actually affordable and cute. We will stay there again. We loved the vibe of this place."

"We arrived on a Thursday and had booked a large kingsize room. We chose this hotel based on the sites listed amenities such as room robes, in room refrigerator, in room coffe, etc. but unfortunately we were disappointed (or misled). We immediately noticed the toilet was having issues, the body wash in the shower was empty, the fridge had a funky odor like it needed a good clean, there were no room robes, minimal towels, no coffee maker, and the couch was HARD-clearly for esthetics and not to be enjoyed. We were hoping for a beautiful weekend to celebrate our sons college orientation and enjoy some quality accommodations but at nearly $300 a night plus taxes, this hotel just didn't cut it. We did alert the front desk (several times, and all were amazing) but the issues, unfortunately, weren't resolved while we were there. We checked out Saturday. Really just "Ok""

4/10 Poor

"Horrible mildew smell. The room was extremely damp, to the point where we couldn't leave our clothes out because they'd be wet by morning. The microwave was disgustingly dirty. However, the tub & sheets (not including the cover) were clean. And the location is great. Close to shopping and restaurants."
