"The breakfast was very good. Nice lot of choices. The room was clean and quiet. Unfortunetly the bathroom door would not close properly and sqeeked very loudly. The staff were very helpful and efficient. The latenight room service food was very limited and exspensive. £15 for a cheese and ham paninni."

"The property is close to shopping and the metro station. It is well maintained and safe. There is a nice restaurant on site. The rooms are quite and comfortable but not very large. The internet provided is poor. About all you can do is check your email with it. They do provide paid internet which may be better, I don’t know. Besides the poor internet it is a nice hotel."

"First visit and what a lovely place. The staff were so friendly, polite and helpful. I had a truly lovely massage in the spa and the food was good too. My room was a double and ideal size with a good bathroom. The Lensbury is currently going through a big refurb and it's being handled so well. We had no disturbance, the reception had been relocated, it was communicated in advance and it didn't spoil our stay. Points for improvement would be that in the wet spa area, it doesn't smell too great and needs some nice oils in the steam room or similar. A jacuzzi or bubble pool is needed because there's nowhere for friends to hang out or have poolside drinks after using the steam room or pool for a bit so we ended up leaving and walking into the village. I would return though."

"Great spot for relaxing between travels. Great pool/sauna/steam area, big family room with big floor space for packing/sorting - bigger than any hotel floor space I've ever had. Sound proof glass. Good breakfast buffet and especially liked the edible jam saucers/containers! Free tube from heathrow 1 stop (just scan credit card at both stations) and right across the road from the station."
