"The S hotel is outstanding. I have stayed at pretty much all Jamaica’s 5 hotels / resorts. The S hotel has got it right in every way. The vibes. The mix of guests. The stunning rooms. The artwork. Location. All faultless The restaurants are superb but most of all the staff give you the biggest welcome. Marlon the GM is amazing. Nothing is ever too much to ask. The S hotel is my home from home."

"This was a comfortable and safe stay. I would rebook anytime I’m in Negril. The room was clean, modern and very comfortable. The shower was AMAZING with hot water, and the bed was so comfortable for a good night’s rest. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, I felt safe and cared for. I had a short stay but will definitely rebook!"

"Decent location with easy access to the beautiful Doctors Cave Beach. The food was awesome and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. However, the parking setup is horrible and could be a major inconvenience, especially during busy periods. Overall, a good option if you prioritize location and access to the beach, but the parking situation needs improvement."

"The restaurant food was good. There was an elevated doorway with no warning sign, so my sister injured herself going into the room. There was a dried up pee on the bathroom floor by the toilet."

"Great service, very friendly staff and clean beautiful resort. One thing I would like to change is the ability for the air conditioner to go lower than 22c. They do not allow the air conditioner a/c to get lower and it ended up being warm at night"
