"Room was clean and comfortable. Heat/cool worked fine. The bathroom was adequate, but tub old and needs higher safety handlebars to step out of the tub. Nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room. The beverage vending machines were empty. Had to ask for bottled water at the front desk. This is an older hotel but has reasonable rates."
New tiny home in an incredible private setting among all nature has to offer.

"Second stay in the last month and half at the Tiny Nest. Again the place was clean and set up awaiting our arrival. They had the place open and ready for us to arrive early and very accommodating to details of our stay. Our family has been staying in the Kirksville area a lot over the last 5 years and this has become our go to place to check first for our stays in the Kirksville area. I highly recommend you try it out, you won’t look elsewhere."

"From the moment you arrive, you are transported in time. This is one of the best cottage experiences I have ever had. I rate it a 10 out of 10 for authentic cottage feel. Owners thought of everything. Would love to have one myself, back in Texas. Owners were gracious to allow us early check-in and late checkout due to our flight. The cottage has easy access to Truman State and ATSU college campuses, we walked and enjoyed our stay in Kirksville so much. That experience all started with the perfect cottage."
