"This place has no staff, fully self check in. Check in information is sent prior to arrival so check your messages in Expedia app for updates ( don’t reply to watsapp msgs. Likely scams ). Check in was easy and place is like the photo. It’s a very perfect place to bring dogs and kids. The view is beautiful. We managed to see Mt Fuji. "We had an amazing 7-night stay in this hotel. The location is great right near the train with a view of the tracks but miraculously absolutely silent in our room due to sound proofing. I loved the hotel and would definitely stay here again on my next trip. I was a little disappointed that there was no alternative milk offered at breakfast as I have a milk allergy, and the staff at breakfast weren’t very helpful in resolving this. In the end I wrote to the manager and she was so kind and apologised for what had happened and provided soya milk for the rest of my stay. I really hope that the hotel take this feedback on and that they can make non dairy milk a part of the breakfast, as most 4-star hotels I have ever been to would provide this as standard! Our room was beautiful, a large size with a stunning view of the tracks. The whole hotel also smells so amazing."
