"Good Location close to railway station and Odori Park, clean well maintained room , Good Breakfast Buffet , Staff were service focused and helpful. Enjoyed the stay to the max , Thank you to all the staff , will stay here again !"

"The rooms were very clean. Amenities were great. The front desk staff was VERY helpful. Double duty front desk/concierge. They had an English-speaking front desk person who helped us check after arriving a little after midnight. Our flight was cancelled and we couldn't catch the airport shuttle to the hotel (check the shuttle schedule). However, we caught the shuttle back to the CTS airport (one block away at the Ana Crowne). Recommend that you pay when you leave the shuttle. The hotel is located about 5 blocks from Nijo Market and Tanukikoji shopping mall. 2 blocks from Odori park. There are a lot of eating places that are close by. A must eat is at the Osteria restaurant located at one end of the hotel. We can't wait to be back!"
