"Staffs are helpful and friendly. One staff even help my wife to carry her luggage down the staircase as she was walking along the same way. Room are clean. We have a pleasant stay at the hotel. "
"We absolutely loved our stay! The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The private bath and sauna experience was incredible — the perfect way to relax after hiking Mt. Fuji. The staff was so kind and welcoming, and the location was ideal — close to shops and restaurants.
10/10 — highly recommend!

"Careful when booking this property if you want to be local to shops and or dining. The only closest place is a Don Quijote which is walkable but other restaurants close early and may not be nearby. Trains are not accessible, only buses which are not walking distance. Hard to find taxi at night. Overall a great place if you want to disconnect in nature. Private onsen on own cabin was very nice. "
"Stayed in western style room. The smell of smoke was very apparent and the rooms needed some updating but were adequate. The main plus was the spectator early morning and late evening clear views of mount Fuji."
