Room clean and staff very friendly. We loved that the sink and plugs and mirrors were separate from the shower and toilet. Also a plug near the full length mirror. Most hotels do not have that. Only suggestion a few more hooks

Overall a positive experience at Delta Guelph. Front desk staff seemed unfriendly, and i had uninvited guests in my room, several silverfish, but thankfully there was a book in the nightstand for bug disposal. The room was as clean as you can expect for a 3 star hotel. The part that made this hotel a win was the bed. It was pretty comfy. I wish they had covers on the duvet though. It didnt feel sanitary without one. I would stay again.

We had a very loud floor with drunk groups. I complained at 3am and they said they had already addressed it. I ended up going in hall at 4am to tell them to take it to their rooms. I complained to front desk in am. They apologized and said have a nice day! I will find another hotel next time.
