The front balcony is the perfect location to watch the sunrise. The only negative things I could say is, It could use a few more chairs on the balcony and on the back balcony and they need a better vacuum cleaner. The one they have now did not work so we were not able to vacuum. But other than those two MINOR things it is great!

Home Close to Beach Access

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house has a large kitchen that is well appointed with plenty of room for multiple cooks at the same time. The home is located just across the street from beach access and has great views of the ocean from the top deck.It would have been nice to have a few more deck chairs on the decks so that more from our party could enjoy the ocean views. As well, the light fixtures and fans need a good dusting. The fan in the mid level twin bed room was very noisy and rocked a lot. It needs some attention. Also, the couches in the main living room should be replaced. The springs have given out on them and one sinks down quite low when sitting on them.

The grills were not cleaned and trash left in tiki bar area, mold in the shower on third floor and kitchen equipment was old and some were rusty.

It was clean, very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool, elevator very great bonuses. It was an easy short walk to the beach and the 2 outside showers very great for showering the grandkids. The rental company was very quick in responding to one minor issue we had. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Best Friends Trip

This house was everything we hoped it would be. Clean, spacious, and a great location for an old group of friends to reunite. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and and grill tools. The two dishwashers came in handy, as did the two refrigerators. The hot tub was the star of the show on chillier days! Keyless entry made check-in seamless. Make sure to pack or plan a grocery run for extra toilet paper, hand soaps, dish detergent, trash bags, etc. House comes with the bare minimum in that regard. Would love to rent this house again.

Atlantic Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the efficiency of the home and the proximity to the beach. The private beach for the Southern Shores Community was wonderful. The road out front is busy but cars immediately stop at the crosswalk for pedestrians to cross. The grandchildren enjoyed the pool as well after a day at the beach. The maintenance of the pool was impeccable, it was crystal clear, as was the hot tub. House was clean upon arrival and the amount of bedroom /bathrooms were sufficient for our large family. There was an ice cream, donut and many shops within walking distance and grocery stores etc. were a few minute drive. All made for a great week with family. We hope to rent it again some day!

Atlantic Paradise

House was absolutely beautiful. Kitchen was very well equipped. We cooked all of our meals for 14 adults and had all the gadgets we needed. The dining room table however needs to be replaced or refinished. The surface is awful. My elderly parents stayed in the bedroom on the middle floor on the front of the house. They complained daily about how uncomfortable their mattress was. Perhaps that one needs replacing. The living room furniture has also seen a lot of wear. The pool, hot tub, and elevator all worked great. We had some light bulbs out in bathrooms when we checked in and someone came out on Sunday to fix them. Very quick service. We truly loved the location and the house. We would definitely stay again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time going to the Outer Banks so maybe our expectations were high. The house, upon arrival, showed a lot of signs of wear. There were rust marks all over the outside, the wood work and decking is in need of a lot of repair, and the furniture all around the outside of the house is cheap plastic furniture that is brittle to sit on. The inside of the house smelled musty,the furniture was piece mealed and very very worn. The bathrooms had black mold growing in them, in and around the shower. There were multiple lights burned out, and the main deck off the back of the house looks to be poorly constructed with random anchors placed throughout. The floors and banisters look to be uncleaned and there is split molding and caulking everywhere. The ceiling on the upper floor is cracked and the chair in one of the king masters on the second floor is broken. We also noticed that the HVAC was not properly zoned as one side of the house was freezing and the opposite side stayed uncomfortably warm. There is only a park grill which is called out in the amenities but when the house is going for over $12K a week, how hard would it be to buy a $400 grill? The landscaping is way overgrown around the pool and infringes on the sitting area and the gate out to the pool is completely rotted. The only positive about this house, in our opinion, was the location to the beach. Otherwise, this house needs to be completely remodeled and updated.

OBX September 2022

Location, Location, Location!!! The property was all that we expected and more! If we could have ordered the weather, it definitely exceeded our expectations. We had 5 couples in our group who all enjoyed the beach, pool, local restaurants, seafood and making memories. The island's relaxing vibe made the trip all that we hoped it would be. Any concerns were promptly addressed by staff at Beach Realty. We would love to return to OBX and everyone agreed that the property was perfect!

Heaven in Atlantic Paradise

Twelve people representing three generations. Plenty of room on the main floor for all to be together. But also, (with 7 BRs, game room, sundecks, and pool) plenty of room for all to retreat for some alone time. We had lousy weather, but what a great time we all had!

House was perfect for 12

Beautiful house with lots of bathrooms and bedrooms for our extended familiy of 12. The very private pool was perfect for our everybody and especially for our grandchildren who had a great time. The beach is very close and easily accessible across a fairly busy road. Lovely views and well designed and fitted out kitchen with a large table that seated us all.
