"I cannot highly recommend this hotel enough. Staff are extremely kind and were able to answer any questions I had. The hotel is extremely clean and has excellent standards. There is more than enough amenities and it truly felt as if we were at a resort. We aren’t typically the type of people who pay for hotel breakfast but in this instance we did and felt that it was worth it. "This was a unique property to stay at for our Japan trip. The property was beautiful and was definitely an experience I recommend. Staff was so helpful when first arriving. They try their best to explain things, especially with a language barrier for myself. The hospitality was exceptional. Would recommend anyone to stay here. A little far of a walk from the main station with luggage so maybe a take a taxi. And have them take you to the check-in area instead of the property itself."
