"Die schönste Ferienwohnung die wir je besuchen durften. Sauber heißt hier wirklich sauber! Bad, Küche, Polster - Top-Zustand. Barfuß durch die Wohnung ohne Krümelfüße, einfach wohlfühlen. Ca. 10 Minuten bis zur Innenstadt, Hafen, super Badestelle am Rhein, Bar, Restaurantes, Supermarkt, Bäcker. Es ist einfach alles in der Nähe. Parkgebühren in Konstanz sind echt heftig, aber dank der tollen Betreuung haben wir einen komplett kostenlosen Parkplatz gefunden der sowohl zu Fuß als auch noch schneller mit dem Buss erreichbar war. Hervorzuheben ist die super herzliche Betreuung, Tipps und Möglichkeiten die der Vermieter geboten hat. Die Ausstattung haben wir auch noch nirgends so umfangreich gehabt und es gibt von uns wirklich eine 1. Es handelt sich um eine Dachgeschosswohnung und man muss wirklich einige Stufen erklimmen. Das sollten Menschen, die nicht gut zu Fuß sind oder vielleicht den 20 kg Wuffi bei der Treppen tragen müssen, berücksichtigen. Aber wenn wir je wieder nach Konstanz kommen oder Freunden eine Empfehlung geben sollen, dann definitiv diese tolle Wohnung von diesen lieben Menschen!"

"This property is situated right on the lake with gorgeous restful views of the lake. The pool was a must for us & we loved the outdoor pool with views of the lake. The morning breakfast buffet was fantastic with beautifully layed out daily choices. The staff are professional & aim to please. The lobby and rooms have a beautiful tasteful up to date decor. A lot of pride is taken at this hotel."

"What an amazing hotel in the very center of Constanz!! They let you unload in front of the hotel and then give you a parking pass for a public lot a few easy blocks away. The front of the building is spectacular- it's an old building with painted murals on the front. Our room had stained glass windows. The room was large, bathroom clean and the beds very good. Very quiet. It's on the central walking street and connects to the harbor. The staff was so nice and helpful about the area and the toll pass I'd need to get into Switzerland which I hadn't heard about. We had a delightful dinner down the street in front of the cathedral which sadly had scaffolding. Idk about their dining room bc it was closed on Mondays. We had breakfast down by the harbor about a 5 min. walk. Excellent stay and hotel and I will be coming back."

"The room was clean and comfortable, The staff were friendly and helpful. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room but staff helpfully supplied a kettle when requested. Hotel was a pleasant 20 minutes walk along the river to the old town and public transport options are also available, A very pleasant stay."
