While I appreciate the efforts of the cleaning staff, I believe this is a management issue that needs to be addressed to ensure a more comfortable experience for guests."

"Consequent upon a delayed flight into Duesseldorf we arrived at the this hotel at 2am.The night reception were very helpful in the extreme. We were quickly accommodated in a comfortable room. The day staff were equally good just a few hours later Breakfast was very good"
