"Hotel is ok if you are just looking for an overnight close to airport. Room was clean and bed comfortable, although the window was so green on the outside, unable to see through it. Had to ask 3 times to be provided with towels. Didn’t use the pool as it didn’t look clean. Food in restaurant was fine and reasonably priced - there are no dining alternatives as hotel is so isolated. The spa looked to have shut down. Outside area to the river was unkempt. Hotel exterior in need of some TLC....

The hospitality was above and beyond, making sure my stay was delightful; this goes from the checking in, my room attendance during and the amazing staff at the very convenient restaurant!
