"The hotel is under heavy renovation/construction which causes a lot of noise and issues. One day the hot water was off from 10 am to 3 pm. To get from the rooms to the front desk you have to walk through a roped off path beside a large area where the workers are working, which will be the lobby. The staff gave us an upgrade to reduce the noise and accommodated early check in. The room was exceptionally beautiful with all of the modern features. "This review is more about the hotel and flight than Expedia. Expedia by far had the best pricing. The hotel site was under construction which was an eyesore at best. The wallpaper was falling apart throughout most hallways and rooms. We had several issues with rooms including bugs in one room and damaged/broken bathtub in another room. Flight was cancelled causing a major disruption and extending our stay another day. Dealing with Expedia was easy and again, best priced. It is definitely noisier...

"This property is absolutely perfect. Near so many different stores and restaurants and the walk to the beach is smooth and simple. The condo was extremely clean. The only con I have is checkout time is extremely early considering you have to clean up take trash out wash dishes power off everything. Really didn’t have much time to wake up but besides that 10/10 highly recommend. "

We very much enjoyed the minimalist style, and it offered the perfect balance of being close to a variety of activities and attractions, while also providing a relaxing place to unwind whenever we needed.
