The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and really went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, to include extra pillows, help navigating the temperature remote and recommendations for dinner - Taco King! Be aware if you get in late, the dining options are limited in the local area since most close by 8pm. This is a very large hotel. Unfortunately we experienced the distant typhoon, making our experience dissapointing. The front desk was not very accommodating when I was unhappy with my room. I agreed to stay in any of their buildings to have the view I desired. They told me EVERY room was booked. I don’t think so… offseason and a typhoon ??!! I do not like massive, mediocre accommodations in general.
