"Staff was really helpful with any questions or issues i had. Always would find 2 water bottles when coming back to my hotel room. Super clean rooms and nice staff"
"I liked the location, right by the JR station as well asthe bus station and also it included breakfast. The seating was limited, so hey even let you taje out to your room to eat as well. I thought that was nice"

"The location was good; the facilities were adequate but pretty old and there was a strange smell in the room. Besides, there was water dripping from the cooker hood all the time, which was annoying; we told the female Japanese receptionist about this when we checked out, she told me the water would keep coming down when we turned the cooker hood off. Seriously? It is just ridiculous to ask the hotel guests to listen to the noises from a working cooker hood. And this Japanese receptionist wasn't...
"Central location to all attractions, very spacious, the only bathroom has double sink vanity I have ever seen in Japan. Highly recommended especially for families"

"Superb hotel. Small room but this is expected for Japan. Exceeded my expectations as the room is clean, modern, and well equipped. Having an in-room washer & dryer is helpful during summer travel in Japan. Breakfast options are good"
"Lovely hotel and ideal for a walk to the station. Fresh bottle of water provided every day. We didn’t try the breakfast and unfortunately ran out of time to try the Onsen. Would def recommend hotel as all staff very helpful and clean hotel."
"The hotel counter had a convenient luggage storage area, and one of the staff spoke decent English, making check-in smooth. The room was small, and the bed was tiny; it was quite cramped for two adults. Our family of four split into two rooms, which was more comfortable. The hotel's location is very convenient; Hakata Station, Ichiran Ramen, a drugstore, and a convenience store are all within a five-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Fukuoka. The only downside is that the hotel breakfast remains unchanged, so I won't be spending extra money on it."
