"Staff was not helpful and couldn't care less about you. Elevator was broken when we arrived. So service elevator was the only option, which also felt like it was going to break. Booked a room with a balcony but when we checked in they said they were all out. We got a free bottle of champagne with our stay due to our status with Expedia.
