"My fiancé and I stayed 3 nights here in March and while I wouldn't call it a 5-star hotel, we had an excellent experience. Something to consider when staying here is that it is located about 40 minutes away from the main city area (Christiansted) and the roads leading up the hotel get narrow and the cell service gets shotty. The drive is so far out that some Uber drivers decline your ride because they do not want to drive out that far. I would def let them drive instead of renting if you are...

You do need an all wheel drive vehicle and should definitely arrive while it is still light out. The WiFi was dependable."

"Our room wasn’t ready and we had to wait quite awhile. There were never cookies in the lounge; always an empty try. Ran out of in room coffee packets and hotel said they didn’t have anymore.
