We had breakfast at the hotel which was included with our stay and by the way excellent resort style buffet breakfast! I wish I would have booked our stay at the Wyndham in Cusco equally beautiful and same amenities. Would definitely rate it as a 5 star"

We then asked for a phone number and name of manager to at least call to get some answers and they refused . Hotel not in good shape and not as advertised. Shaddy location and staff. I would not recommend booking or staying here . Even refused my refund for the stay . Luckily expedia did back us up and refunded us with there credit system .
