My stay at Sonesta Hotel Cali was exceptional from start to finish. The staff is truly what makes this hotel special — attentive, warm, and genuinely willing to help with anything.
The rooms are spacious, modern, spotless, and very quiet. The bed is incredibly comfortable and I slept perfectly. The breakfast buffet is amazing with a huge variety of local and international options, fresh fruit, and great coffee.
The pool and gym area are beautiful and well maintained, perfect to relax after a day of work or exploring Cali. And the location is excellent, close to Chipichanga and very safe, with restaurants and shops nearby.
If you are visiting Cali for business or vacation, Sonesta is the best choice. I can't wait to come back. Highly recommended!"
