Fenced family and pet-friendly Villa near Rabac, fully air-cond, quiet location

In a small place near Labin town stands a beautiful holiday home with pool. It was renovated and furnished for a comfortable stay.
The ground floor has a living room, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, small bathroom and a corridor. On the first floor are located 3 bedrooms, big bathroom, fitness room and a balcony.
Outside there is an inviting swimming pool to cool off and covered patio for romantic evenings with a good glass of wine. There are also a solar shower, beach chairs, front and back garden. You can use garden barbecue for fun and tasty meals with friends. Kids will enjoy the double rocking chair and toboggan with swings.
The house has air condition in every room, Wi-Fi, TV, kabel TV, DVD player and radio.
The house is located not far from tourist area. Town Labin is only 4 km away and the sea is 8 km away in the place called Rabac which is known for it's beautiful beaches and many tourist attractions.
This holiday home is ideal for families with children and pets or group of friends who just want to enjoy in everything that this house is offering.
You are in an environment that offers many opportunities for an active holiday. In the nearby prologue you can dive. The climbers and hikers among you might like to visit the famous tourist destination Skitaca. Try traditional dishes and wines in local restaurants and enjoy many activities available under the Rabac sun.
