"Overall understaffed. The food in the restaurant was not the best but good portions. Order-taking and service took long due to short staff. Walls were very thin and all of the doors closed with a large slam, making it very sleep-disruptive in the morning and night. The shower door of my room was broken. The reception staff was friendly and sincere but there is only so much one person can pull. Needs more staff. "

Hotel Myrtilles

10/10 Excellent

"This is a simple yet comfortable hotel, with a good bar and restaurant. My friends and I were comfortable here. The hotel does, however, operate with a small staff, so occasionally you may have to wait a minute or two for service. This wasn't a problem for us, though. Thanks!"

Holiday Home in Vielsalm with Lake View

10/10 Excellent

"Really enjoyed our stay. Arrival and departure very easy. Would have like to know what the second key was for until we found the rubbish bins! Not the same in England. However, worked it out fine. Had a minor issue with the WiFi but one email and quick response sorted that out. Lovely location and very relaxing. Would love to come again."
