"Near lots of stores and restaurants, which is a plus. For the most part, very quiet which was great. However, there were two gnats in the bathroom and strands of hair on the towels. The room smelled fine and the air conditioner works great. Even though the room looks clean, it did not feel clean. The place doesn’t really look like the pictures either, especially the rooms."

"The house was in a quiet neighbor hood which I liked. The house seem bigger in the picture. It was small but comfortable. I would suggest to the owner that it would be nice to have a small table off the kitchen to eat on. Maybe a pedestal table with two chairs. We didn't find out that we had to park in the street until we got there. It wasn't a problem but we would have liked to have been told when booking. Did not know about the street sweeper either. Wasn't sure where we was going to park. Did talk to someone and he gave us permission to park in drove way. We did just that for that one morning. Some kitchen towels and more bath towels would also be nice. All in all it was a nice pleasant place to stay."

"While the staff was kind and able to answer all of my questions, the quality of the hotel itself was not up to par. The paint is bubbling, and the floors, carpets, and walls are falling apart. There was even a used towel left in my room. The carpets also feel like they haven’t been shampooed in ages, and the hotel always seemed humid. Thankfully, our room had an industrial fan with a cool setting. The room keys were also very sensitive, and after a long day, I often had to go back downstairs to have them reset. That said, the free shuttle service to Disney was great, the beds were comfortable, and they’re building a hot tub, which is a nice addition. I do wish the pillows were standard hotel pillows instead of the decorative-feeling ones provided. Overall, this feels like a place to sleep and then leave, not a place to enjoy and spend time during your stay."

"Nice clean rooms ( no hairs on linen). bath towels are thin but do the job to dent to dry off after showering. and staff are very helpful. pool area. property offers easy and safe parking with ample spaces and convenient access to fast food locations. Security deposit required. room comes with combo micro/fridge. Good selection of tv channels plus HBO and Wi-Fi speed decent. limited amenities"

"Great room, but the check-in experience left something to be desired. The staff member who checked me in had very little warmth I got a judgmental vibe, possibly because of how young I look. When I asked him to clarify a question (something as simple as “what card do you have”), instead of explaining himself he just sighed and went back to typing without a word. A quick “debit or credit?” would’ve gone a long way. I did get the room without any real issue, so this is more about how I was treated. I’m 19, and I genuinely felt like the interaction would’ve gone very differently if I were older. Just something the hotel should be aware of."
