"Front desk was extremely nice and helpful. The person who checked me in went above and beyond to make sure I had a good stay and I liked my room. The hotel is next to the free and if you have a door wall or your room is facing the pool, you will hear the free way noise late into the night. Common areas and breakfast room were clean and fully stocked. Descent location near several restaurants. It’s 2.5 -3 stars for me, but it’s a nice 2.5 -3 stars if that make’s sense."

Security deposit required. room comes with combo micro/fridge. Good selection of tv channels plus HBO and Wi-Fi speed decent. limited amenities"

"Great room, but the check-in experience left something to be desired. The staff member who checked me in had very little warmth I got a judgmental vibe, possibly because of how young I look. When I asked him to clarify a question (something as simple as “what card do you have”), instead of explaining himself he just sighed and went back to typing without a word. A quick “debit or credit?” would’ve gone a long way. I did get the room without any real issue, so this is more about how I was treated. I’m 19, and I genuinely felt like the interaction would’ve gone very differently if I were older. Just something the hotel should be aware of."

"The rooms were not clean. I changed rooms several times due to the rooms not being sanitary. The bathrooms were not cleaned properly, food was located in one of the rooms, and stains were found on the floors and beds. Due to sanitary issues of each room, I felt that I could not stay for the night and decided to booked at another hotel. One upside is that the hotel staff were very friendly. "

"A great place to lay your head and catch some ZZZs. Its in a great location in Brea for what we were needing to do. Very quiet neighborhood. It is in the backyard of the owners home, but they are super chill and super accommodating and very easy access. Great communication, I was sort of a pest at first. I was under some stress due to family engagements we were attending in the area, so it was a much needed escape and it was much appreciated. It doesnt have a full stove, but we weren't there to cook our meals. So something to keep in mind. I would stay again if we are back in the area."
