"Upon check-in, we were told it was a 100% smoke free property. However, the clerk who checked us in reeked of smoke. He smelt like vaccine or vape. Furthermore, he had an AirPod in his left ear and was clearly preoccupied with whatever he was listening to, as we had to repeat every single piece of information to check in. Information we already provided when we reserved and paid for the room. The breakfast was OK. The potatoes and sausages tasted OK but or a little cold and the egg bites were down nasty. The waffle station was good however there was a long line for it complicating getting breakfast when we are in a hurry to leave. I don’t know why this has such a high rating. This hotel is a basic La Quinta, but the location was good for the event we were attending."

"Rude guy at the front desk…did not greet us, barely made any responses to me, scowled the entire time. Acted like he was being put out by having to check people in. John was his name Breakfast there has always been nice, thanks to Maria. The A/C in the room was REALLY LOUD and did not put out cool air at all! We have been staying here three to four times a year for the last ten years and it has never been this awful. When I asked for a manager I was told no one was there to talk to me. I asked several times each day for three days. "

"I did not like that apon arriving we rang the bell three times before someone came then walking in I checked out the bed and there was some tan stuff on the sheets there were only two towels and two hand towels and they told us no visitors were allowed and there were junk cars on the property like someone was working on them then when we went to check out no one came to the window so we couldn't get a receipt I hope we get out refund back we only stayed do to an emergency and we couldn't cancel because they would still charge us the water pressure was so slow they need a plumber I would not recommend this hotel to anyone poor service also for the amount a person pays we even had to pay for ice although it really wasn't much but when a person travels 1000 miles they except more for there money and much better service"

"Warning!Host did not respond to any form of communication. Property was not clean, and hazards were present such as broken glass. Amenities not properly stocked. The scariest part was the property was double booked and we arrived back home to the door wide open (next guest given same code). Huge safety red flag. We ended up leaving and having to find different accommodations our last night. "
