"The bed was hard and they need to redo/ rearrange their asphalt access and driving paths near the office. I would come stay again bit might try a different room."

"We stay in a family suit with two queen beds and a sofa bed, the queen beds are very clean, but the sofa bed is broken, and also some crumbs trapped inside. The staffs are friendly and helpful, and the maintenance managed sent a rollaway bed to us shortly after we report the issue. The breakfast is ok, location is about 10 minutes drive from the Rocky Mountain National Park entry."

"This hotel offers an unforgettable stay highlighted by truly stunning views of the mountains. Donavan at reception was extremely friendly and helpful, setting a wonderful tone for the entire visit. While the warm swimming pool was great, adding a jacuzzi would have elevated the property amenities."

"We were unaware this was a much older motel that was remodeled about 2 years ago. Visually, the remodeling was excellent. The lobby, bar and restaurant were excellent. Corners were shortcut however. Our toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. There was no hook on bathroom door, where you could see there once was. Most disturbing was the ac/heat unit didn’t work. When I complained after the first night, I was told a group of 4 rooms is controlled together, and someone would come look at it but that never happened. Luckily it was cool enough to open the window, but then you had to listen to the road noise."

"Was charged extra $50 for dog when I had specificity reserved a pet friendly room. This was not mentioned in Expedia. Also the complementary breakfast was for just 2 people in our party of 4! Had to sign a waiver where if the dog barks they would install a barker unit to stop that. This was also not on Expedia. Please look into all this before you sign up for this location."
