"Hotel is a little run down and out of date. Fairly overpriced. Breakfast not appealing. Elevator was out of service, there are rooms on 3 floors."

"This place was great overall except for the room not being very clean. It seems like no one thoroughly cleans their rooms anymore. Or even changes sheets. They have lots of snack, snacks, and some food even thats convenient since there’s no close by options for that. "

"Update to keurig coffee maker and please no decaf unless requested. Need bath matts in showers for safety. The room was clean and in a good neighborhood. Since everyone doesn’t go down for breakfast, some danish or fruit in room would be nice "

"The no smoking rooms stink of cigarette smoke. I asked for a different room and was told they all smell of cig smoke since they cant enforce it. I complained of false advertising, but they would not refund my stay since it was pre-booked. Also, lots of road crews staying and loud partying outside and down in the parking lot. Good luck with this place"

"The staff was amazing. A few minor hiccups, the blow dryer didn’t work but i improvised . And there was a stench in the room. But I am pleased and would stay again."

"This property should be shut down by the health department. It is disgusting! The guests seem mostly welfare recipients and or othewise homeless,or living a week to week existence, at the lower levels of society, but they should not have to live like this. Management allows block parties to occure nightly, til 4 am. with out consideration for other guests. Instead they watch while shopping carts of supplies are hauled in by guests friends wo the garbage piles up high. The place is roach infested, but when you ask if they have roach motels they scoff.But if you travel with a cat and need to stay in Savannah, this is only one of two places to go and management knows that. It was a real eye opener."
