"Staff was not helping helpful when I called to ask for the WIFI password. The internet was absolutely terrible. When I called the first time I was just told it was my room number. When I opened the wifi and entered the room number gave me 2 options. I didn't want to get charged for using the wifi. I ended up giving up and going thru my day without it. When we got back late night I tried making phone calls. Nothing. Sk I called the desk and this time the lady who answered instructed me that I was not getting charged for the wifi. At least if the first person early that morning when I called with this issue could have had instructed me the same way this other person did i shouldn't have had gone without wifi all day long."

"The location on the strip cannot be better right across from Cosmo next to Paris adjacent to the Bellagio. It’s a 10+ location. I like that the hotel isn’t too too big. I found it manageable, not like some of the other huge hotels on the strip where it takes, you forever to get from one side of the hotel to the other. The rooms are large and well kept -the bed was comfortable. The sheets were very soft and the pillows were very fluffy. My room even came with an empty refrigerator and the last time I stayed in Vegas at another hotel, which shall remain nameless the room came with no refrigerator just an empty space where the refrigerator was supposed to go. The miracle Mile shops on site have a lot of good choices for fast, casual dining, including Chipotle and irvs Burgers. The only negative I would say about this hotel is the check-in process which took a lot longer than I would’ve liked -the line to check in with an attendant was very long. I opted to go to the kiosk for check in, but half the kiosks were broken, so it still took a long time. Check out was easy. You can check out on the app and just drop your key on your way out —overall a very nice stay and I would stay here again."
