"The idea of getting to the room with the elevator system was a NIGHTMARE. I'm sorry but when you have walked the entire Strip and come in and stand in Line just to get up to your room is Ridiculous."

"Staff provided an upgraded room which was fantastic. The plumbing did have a slight smell about it in the corner suite. Overall a great location for food, concerts, etc. Loved the hospitality and will be back!"
