The hotel is lovely. The room with the Mt.Fuji view was big with a couch & chair from which we could view the mountain to our heartās content. The shower/bath was large and comfortable. The beds were firm. The room was clean. The staff was accommodating.
Fuji-Q amusement park is next door, but there was no noticeable noise in the hotel.
7-11 is on property. There are multiple options available for food.
Our only complaint is that the transportation options from the rail station were not...

I was very happy with this hotel. It looked fancy on the inside and was only like an 8 minute walk from the Tachikawa metro station / 5 min cab ride with luggage. Rooms made the best use of their space, had nice amenities, and I had a nice view of the Tachikawa area. Also, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby! Very walkable.

Front desk staff were very courteous and understanding. My only gripe is the centralized AC system but opening the window helped cooling the room a lot. Across the street from the Yamanakako-ashiagaoka bus stop, which helps get around!Will definitely book them again for my next stay in the Yamanakako area!!!

Our stay in this hotel is amazing, they have an excellent service and they serve delicious food. The room is very clean and the whole facilities is clean. The location is perfect for all the tourist spots like most of the beautiful spots are less than 30 minutes drive. The staffs are very friendly and we highly recommend this place if you want comfortable vacation and convinient location on everything.
