"The location and views were amazing! We enjoyed the most beautiful sunsets every evening, and it was so convenient to drive to the T and Ferry for easy access into Boston each day. We also loved being able to safely bike around the neighborhood and explore the area.Since this was our first time visiting, there were a few things about the waterfront that we hadn’t anticipated. I had imagined we would do more swimming, but at high tide there wasn’t really a shoreline, and at low tide there was quite a bit of algae and seaweed. My son loves to fish, so the amount of seaweed made that a little challenging. I’m sure guests who know the area may already be familiar with these conditions.The house had a wonderful, comfortable, lived-in character—it almost felt like staying at your grandma’s house for the weekend, which gave it a very homey feel. The major surfaces were clean.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and especially appreciated the beautiful setting, incredible sunsets, and convenient location for exploring Boston."

"My only complaint is I believe the guest before me made a mess of the property therefore making Bruna late in cleaning and us a little late checking in. Garbage was left in kitchen garbage bin and dishwasher was still running. My main problem was trying to open the locked box to get key out! LolPool could have been a little cleaner but overall these were minor. Loved my stay. Thank you"

"Communication with the host was excellent - prompt, courteous, professional! There was plenty of space for our family reunion of 13 people, with two separate sitting areas so we could relax in smaller groups. The house was very clean, and we really enjoyed the updated kitchen and bathrooms. We used public transit for our local travel, and this rental is very well situated for bus access that also brings you to the "T" for subway travel."
