I asked for room to be cleaned. It took two days for that area to get cleaned. I appreciate how close the hotel was to the hospital, but it really needs a DEEP and thorough cleaning for its guests."

"One positive is the communication response time was very good when we had problems. But the door code did not work, the AC did not work, the toilet could not pass a simple building inspection - too close to wall - could not sit down on toilet facing forward without banging arm against the wall and knees could not fit in front either?!!! I am only 5'9" tall- NOT a big person. Also, toilet is too low- 13" off the floor."
